CNN International has signed a deal to expand its strategy of pushing online video by launching a video-enabled Google Gadget that will sit on iGoogle. The move follows what the firm claims is the success of its YouTube channel. The broadcaster hopes the Google Gadget will encourage viewers towards non-traditional CNN content such as lengthy feature reports. People who adopt the gadget will be able to click through to the YouTube channel to view more
